As the Christmas season approaches, we’d like to share our holiday operating schedules for our UK and South Africa offices. Please take note of the changes in hours and closure dates to help you plan your orders and communications. Our teams will be available during the hours listed below to assist with any enquiries or support needs.
UK Office
Our UK office will operate as normal up to 24 December. The office will be open on Christmas Eve but closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day (25th & 26th).
Between 29–31 December, the office will be open from 09:00 to 15:00.
We will be closed on New Year’s Day and will resume normal operations on 2 January 2026.
South Africa Office
Our South Africa operations will run as normal until 15 December, after which reduced shifts will begin until 12 January. Staff will be staggered across morning and afternoon shifts. The warehouse will operate as normal except from 29 December to 2 January, when deliveries will only be accepted by appointment. Normal operations resume 12 Jan 2026.

- 15–23 Dec: Reduced shifts 9:30 – 17:00
- 16 Dec: Public Holiday – Closed
- 24 Dec: Half-day (09:30 – 13:00)
- 25–26 Dec: Christmas Day & Day of Goodwill – Closed
- 29 Dec – 2 Jan: Reduced shifts 9:30 – 17:00 (Warehouse 09:30 – 12:30, by appointment only)
- 1 Jan: New Year’s Day – Closed
- 2-11 Jan: Reduced shifts 9:30 – 17:00
- Normal operations resume 12 Jan 2026
